Change The World Missions seeks to bring glory to God in every area of our lives. This means that as an attendee of a Change The World Trip we would ask you to seek to bring God glory in every area as well. We ask that you act above reproach when you are a member of a Change The World trip, including the way you dress. In an effort to protect our own bodies, the eyes and minds of others, we have a few guidelines to ensure all minds are on the Father. Please read the below dress code carefully, as it will be enforced. If you are found to be breaking the dress code you will be asked to change before leaving the church for activities. By signing below, you are agreeing that you have read this dress code and are in agreement with CTW guidelines.
CTW Dress Code Agreement
T-Shirts
T-shirts: T-shirts are the most appropriate shirt that you can wear. If the t-shirt has a v-neck please be careful. Women, you will be asked to change if the neck is too low. No white t-shirts on Water Day.
Tank Tops: Tank tops are allowed but consider the fit of the tank top. While racerbacks are permissible, no ‘bro tanks’ with large arm holes for either gender. Also, tank tops should not be excessively tight. NO spaghetti straps.
Bottoms
Finger-tip rule: Shorts should all be fingertip length - no exception. Whether these are nicer shorts for evenings or sports shorts, these should all be fingertip length. Please check your shorts BEFORE you pack them. If shorts have a slit, the top most point of the slit should be fingertip length.
Spandex: Completely spandex shorts, such as volleyball shorts, will not be allowed. Leggings, biker shorts and yoga pants are allowed ONLY if the shirt completely covers your bottom. Running shorts that have a spandex lining underneath, or a spandex lining that is longer than the top layer are permissible.
