Change the World Missions – Madisonville, Texas

Role and Purpose

The Leader agrees to serve in a leadership role for Change the World’s trip to Madisonville, Texas, for the next three years after the signing date below. The purpose of this role is to support the mission, participants, and objectives of the Organization.

Dates and Required Presence

The Leader agrees to be physically present in Madisonville, Texas for the full duration of the Mission Trip, for the next three years after the signing date below.
Early departure, late arrival, or temporary absence during the Mission Trip is not permitted unless prior written approval is granted by Change the World (CTW).

Duties and Responsibilities

The Leader agrees to:

  • Complete all assigned tasks, responsibilities, and preparations related to the Mission Trip in a timely and professional manner.

  • Fulfill leadership duties during the Mission Trip as assigned by CTW.

  • Act in a manner that reflects the values, mission, and standards of CTW at all times.

Meetings and Preparation

The Leader agrees to:

  • Attend all required meetings, trainings, and planning sessions scheduled by CTW prior to the Mission Trip.

  • Participate fully and responsibly in pre-trip preparation, including communication, planning, and coordination tasks.

Conduct and Expectations

The Leader agrees to:

  • Follow all CTW policies, codes of conduct, and safety guidelines.

  • Maintain respectful, ethical, and appropriate behavior with participants, leadership, and community members.

  • Refrain from conduct that could harm CTW, its mission, or its participants.


Faith-Based Expectations

The Leader acknowledges that this Mission Trip is faith-based and agrees to support and uphold the spiritual mission and values of the CTW.

The Leader agrees to:

  • Represent the faith, beliefs, and values of the CTW with integrity, respect, and consistency.

  • Participate in and support scheduled faith-based activities, including but not limited to prayer, devotionals, worship services, and spiritual discussions.

  • Encourage a Christ-centered environment through words, actions, and leadership.

  • Model conduct that aligns with the moral and ethical standards of the CTW both during the Mission Trip and in all pre-trip activities.

  • Refrain from behavior, speech, or actions that conflict with or undermine the faith-based purpose of the Mission Trip.

Failure to Meet Obligations

Failure to meet the requirements of this Agreement, including attendance, task completion, or conduct expectations, may result in removal from the leadership role and/or dismissal from the Mission Trip at the discretion of the CTW leadership team and board members.

Volunteer Status

The Leader understands that this role is voluntary and does not constitute employment.

By signing below, the Leader acknowledges that they have read, understand, and agree to the terms of this Agreement.
